No. All documents remain entirely in your possession at all times. Our role is to help you understand, sort, and organise them — not to hold or file them for you. We may look at documents together during a session, but they leave with you.
How long does a typical session take? +
The Document Organisation Workshop typically runs for 2–3 hours. Family Conversation Support sessions are usually 2 hours. The Learn, Organise & Signpost Package is delivered across several sessions spread over a few weeks, at a pace that suits your family.
Where do sessions take place? +
Sessions are held at our premises at 205 Pa Tong Beach Road, Kathu, Phuket. In some situations we can arrange a convenient alternative location in Phuket — please ask when you get in touch.
Are sessions available in Thai as well as English? +
Our primary session language is English, though we can incorporate Thai-language materials and resource directories to ensure everything is clear for all family members. Please let us know your needs when you enquire.
What are your prices and is payment taken upfront? +
The Document Organisation Workshop is ฿3,500, Family Conversation Support is ฿4,400, and the Learn, Organise & Signpost Package is ฿30,000. Payment arrangements — including deposits and instalment options for the package — are discussed when you book. All prices are in Thai Baht.
Is what we discuss kept private? +
We handle everything you share with us with care and discretion. Our Privacy Policy details how personal information is managed. We do not share details of your sessions with third parties except where required by Thai law.
