We deliberately keep session numbers small. This means your facilitator can genuinely respond to what your family needs on the day, rather than following a rigid script. For the Learn, Organise & Signpost Package, you work with the same facilitator throughout so there is continuity and no need to re-explain context at each session.

Many of the families we work with include members who are more comfortable in Thai and others who prefer English. Our team navigates this naturally, ensuring that every family member follows the session clearly in the language that works for them.
Flexible scheduling for sensitive timing
Family situations do not follow a neat calendar. We offer flexible scheduling and will hold a booking when personal circumstances change, without penalty. Sessions can be morning, afternoon, or early evening across weekdays and selected Saturdays.
