Every kinfoldgag session begins with listening. We take time to understand what your family is carrying — what documents you have, what conversations have stalled, what you are uncertain about — before we suggest any structure or next step.
We work from the principle that families know their own situation better than any outside party. Our role is to bring knowledge, structure, and calmness to the table — not to take over or steer you toward any particular outcome.
At the end of every session, you leave with something concrete: a sorted document system, a clearer set of next steps, or a personalised resource directory pointing you to the official bodies and professionals who can help with anything beyond our scope.
